GYMFIX RETURNS POLICY

  • Prior to returning any Product, please contact our Sales Manager or any gymfix engineer via our contact page who will guide you through our hassle-free returns’ procedure. This will include an inspection of the Equipment where photos or evidence of damaged equipment should be provided so that an arrangement to fix the equipment can occur or you are provided with a replacement machine and or refunded.
  • Please note: Equipment delivered and installed to your order can only be refunded or exchanged if the Equipment has been deemed to be faulty or damaged during the delivery and installation process. 
  • Damaged Goods should be highlighted, and a solution agreed within a reasonable timeframe. This timeframe is 3 days in accordance with our Terms And Conditions and you will be advised of this by Gymfix during delivery or Installation.

If documentation of this returns policy is requested, this information will be provided by GymFix on the day of delivery or Installation.

 

GOODS DAMAGED IN TRANSIT

  • If goods delivered are damaged, please highlight this to a GymFix engineer immediately upon inspection of product. Damaged goods will be repaired to Consumer and Gymfix’s satisfaction in accordance with our Terms and Conditions.
