GymFix Terms & Conditions of Sale
All orders placed on the website must be paid in full before an order can be processed and delivered.
All prices are quoted in Euro. All products Priced on the GymFix website are inclusive of VAT.
VAT is calculated at a rate of 23%.
Products may only be returned if they comply with GymFix Returns Policy.
All products supplied by GymFix are delivered and installed with the understanding that the purchaser/buyer agrees with GymFix Terms and Conditions of Sale.
GymFix does not accept claims for damaged goods which have not been notified to Gymfix via email through our Web Site Contact page or via phone call within 3 days of the date of delivery, irrespective of whoever has received the delivery.
Gymfix reserves its right to repair, replace and/or refund any product they deliver and install.
Delivery of purchased goods will be made within 5 - 7 working days irrespective of date of purchase or area consumer is located.
